Karen Dixon is the Assistant Principal at Moundville Elementary School, now in her sixth year with the school and bringing a total of eight years of experience in education. With a Master’s in Elementary Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership, she is dedicated to fostering a positive, student-centered environment where every child can succeed. Mrs. Dixon is passionate about supporting teachers, empowering students, and building strong community connections, all aligned with Moundville Elementary’s motto, “Where We Care.” Her commitment to academic excellence and her leadership makes her an invaluable part of the Moundville team.
